Privacy policy
1. Data controller
LexProsa processes account data (identity, email) and the content you place in your workspaces (sources, notes, chronologies, arguments, work product, attachments) for the sole purpose of providing the service.
2. Hosting
The database and document storage are located in the European Union. Attachments are accessible only through time-limited signed links.
3. Matter confidentiality
Your workspaces are private by default. Sharing only happens when you attach a matter to a team, with per-member roles. LexProsa does not exploit your matter content commercially or for model training.
4. Processors
Payments: Stripe. Transactional email: Resend. These providers receive only what is strictly necessary (email, billing identifiers).
5. Your rights
You can request access, rectification or deletion of your data at privacy@lexprosa.com. Deleting an account deletes its workspaces and files.
6. Retention
Account data is kept for the duration of the contract, then deleted within 90 days of closure.
