Terms of service
1. Purpose
LexProsa provides a structured legal work platform: source organization, chronologies, argument construction and work-product preparation. LexProsa is not a law firm and provides no legal advice.
2. Account
The account is personal. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and the accuracy of the information provided.
3. Content
You retain full ownership of the content placed in your workspaces. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights over uploaded files.
4. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed by Stripe, monthly or yearly. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
5. Liability
Generated outlines are working documents. Verifying content, citations and their currency remains the responsibility of the user, a legal professional.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account for serious breach of these terms, after notice.
